Celebrate International Women’s Day with the Bankside Women’s Network.

Join us for a breakfast event exploring how key life transitions shape women’s physical and mental wellbeing. From puberty to pregnancy, perimenopause to menopause and beyond, these shifts can have profound impacts — and understanding them is essential for fostering healthier, more supportive workplaces and communities.

We’ll be joined by expert speakers from The Bridge, a local charity dedicated to reducing health inequalities by empowering women to make positive, informed life choices. They’ll share insights, practical guidance, and lived experience from their work supporting women across a wide range of life stages.

This year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain,” invites us to recognise the collective strength and shared value that come from supporting one another. Here in Bankside, we’re fortunate to be surrounded by a cluster of charities that work every day to help women and girls thrive. We will be profiling some of these charities at this event, especially those that are trusted sources of information and support for women’s health and wellbeing.
