As more and more people take to cycling around London, it’s important to check your bike is functioning as it should.
As part of our Clean Air Day celebration in Bankside, we are hosting a free drop-in Dr Bike session and also providing bike marking on Wednesday 19 June, 5:00pm – 7:00pm outside the Better Bankside Sustainability Hub, 58-59 Ewer Street, SE1 0NR.
Our colleagues at Nip Nip are offering a basic bike check which will assess:
- General roadworthiness of each bike
- Brake pads and brake cables are functioning properly
- Gears are functioning properly
- Wheels are spinning/aligned correctly
- Tyres are well inflated and no indication of any inner tube punctures.
