Did you know that 1 in 10 women will reach menopause between the ages of 40 and 45? And that perimenopause symptoms can start as long as ten years before someone reaches the point of menopause?

As the saying goes, knowledge is power – the more you know, the easier it is to ‘join the dots’ and to be the best advocate for your health and wellbeing.  No one knows YOU better than YOU…

Join this online lunch and learn with Emma Thomas, Founder of Managing the Menopause, which is for everyone, no matter what age or stage of life.

During the session, Emma will help demystify the menopause, covering not just what symptoms you might expect and your options to help manage these, but also how they might impact you in a work context and how to advocate for any support you might need from your employer.
