When workloads are high, thorough project planning is often the first thing to slip. This practical session explores how to use AI as a thinking partner helping you plan faster, think more clearly, and make better decisions without handing over responsibility.

You’ll discover how AI can help structure ideas, surface risks, challenge assumptions, and sharpen your planning process from the outset. The focus is on using AI to enhance your judgement and efficiency, not replace it.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Use AI to structure project plans more quickly and effectively
  • Generate ideas, risks, and considerations to strengthen early planning
  • Challenge assumptions and stress-test plans using targeted prompts
  • Apply AI responsibly while maintaining accountability and oversight

This course is delivered by SEEDL, an online learning platform that is free to access for anyone who works for a Better Bankside member organisation. Find out more about SEEDL and sign up for this course and others.
