Bala Baya is the embodiment of spending a day in the Eastern Mediterranean, design and layout meticulously reflecting the Bauhaus architecture and transforming an eclectic atmosphere to match Executive chef Eran Tibi’s evolving dishes.
Bala Baya is open all day, serving up irresistible baked goods in the morning and whipping out pitas with seasonally changing salads and fillings for lunch. At night, they progress onto a slower pace delighting guests with progressive, modern twists on homely Eastern Mediterranean dishes which are deeply connected to their heritage.
